Welcome to Cannon, Morgan & Rheinberg Partnership.

The practice consists of four partners, Geoff Cannon, David Morgan, Stefan Skanski and Stephen Blandamer. Originally commenced in 1957 by Geoff Cannon and David Morgan, this practice expanded in 1989 with the addition of Stefan Skanski and Stephen Blandamer.

Clients have direct access to the partner involved in their project, ensuring full control and liaison from conception to completion of the project.

Housing has included design of many schemes, individual houses, through to housing estates and flat developments for major housebuilders, local authorities, housing associations including sheltered accommodation for the elderly and disadvantagd.

Educational projects from new schools, alterations to existing schools, both state and private. Projects include sports halls, classroom blocks, gymnasiums and pavilions.

Commercial works include new and refurbished offices, industrial units, shops, restaurants. Works of alterations and renewal to interiors and shop fronts.

Conversion and restoration of historic and listed buildings a speciality including negotiations with English Heritage.

Negotiations with planning authorities and conducting planning appeals.

The practice has won limited competitions in the field of education and housing including a new village design concept at Neubrandenburg. Awards include two St Albans Civic Awards, Harpenden Civic Trust Award and the Chilterns Design Award.
